Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to FAMILY DOLLAR STORE #7057, upon the . terms, and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Sliding ■t Security Gate(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1615 W. 59th St
: Said Sliding Security Gate(s) at W. 59th Street measure(s):
■ ' One (1) at nine point seven five (9.75) feet in length, and one point one seven (1.17) foot in width for a total of eleven point four one (11.41) square feet. Existing sliding security gate is approximately eleven point five eight (11.58) feet . above grade level.
One (1) at six (6) feet in length, and one point one seven (1.17) foot in width for a total of seven point zero two (7.02) square feet. Existing sliding security gate is approximately nine point six seven (9.67) feet above grade level
One (1) at seven point seven five (7.75) feet in length, and one point three three (1.33) foot in width for a total often point three one (10.31) square feet. Existing sliding security gate is approximately ten point four two (10.42) feet } above grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office ofthe City Clerk.
' Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of , Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1116268 herein granted the sum of one thousand two hundred ($1,200.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
