BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for OAKDALE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY CHURCH on 12/10/2014, and printed upon page 100606 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
'"Existing area occupy approximately fifty thousand eight hundred (50,800) square feet.
One (1) at seven hundred twenty-five (725) feet in length, and fifty (50) feet in width for a total of thirty-six thousand two hundred fifty (36250) square feet.
One (1) at four hundred eighty-live (485) feet in length, and thirty (30) feet in width for a total of fourteen thousand five hundred fifty (14550) square feet.
The sum of six thousand five hundred forty ($6,540.00) per annum in advance."
and inserting in their place the words
"Total dimension are six hundred twenty (620) feet in length and thirty-seven (37) feet in width for a total of twenty-two thousand nine hundred forty (22,940) square feet.
The sum of three thousand thirty-one (3,931.00) per annum in advance." Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a occupation of space(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
