Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to REHABILITATION INSTITUTE OF CHICAGO, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use fourteen (14) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 630 N. Mcclurg Ct
Said Planter(s) at Erie measure(s):
One (1) at nineteen point eight three (19.83) feet in length, and ten point three three (10.33) feet in width for a total of two hundred four point eight four (204.84) square feet.
One (1) at thirty (30) feet in length, and ten point three three (10.33) feet in width for a total of three hundred nine point nine (309.9) square feet.
Two (2) at forty (40) feet in length, and ten point three three (10.33) feet in width for a total of eight hundred twenty-six point four (826.4) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. McClurg measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-two point five eight (22.58) feet in length, and four point five (4.5) feet in width for a total of one hundred one point six one (101.61) square feet.
Three (3) at thirty-five (35) feet in length, and four point five (4.5) feet in width for a total of four hundred seventy-two point five (472.5) square feet.
One (1) at nineteen point three three (19.33) feet in length, and four point five (4.5) feet in width for a total of eighty-six point nine nine (86.99) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at E. Ontario measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-four (34) feet in length, and four point seven five (4.75) feet in width for a total of one hundred sixty-one point five (161.5) square feet.
One (1) at fifteen (15) feet in length, and four point seven five (4.75) feet in width for a total of seventy-one point two five (71.25) square feet.
One (1) at twenty-one point five eight (21.58) feet in length, and four point seven five (4.75) feet in width for a total of one hundred two point five one (102.51) square feet.
Two (2) at thirty-five (35) feet in length, and four point seven five (4.75) feet in width for a total of three hundred thirty-two point five (332.5) square feet.
Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.

The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1107361 herein granted the sum of zero ($.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after Date of Passage.
