Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on July 30, 2008, printed on page #34905 of the Journal of the Proceedings of said date, establishing a 15 Minute with Flashing Lights Loading Zone at 6202 W. Montrose Avenue, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:
W. Montrose Ave., northside, from a point 25 feet west of N. Melvina, to a point 29 feet west thereof; 15 minute loading zone, use flashing lights, tow zone after 15 minutes, 1:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday;
and inserting in lieu thereof:
No Parking Disabled Loading Zone, 1:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday Tow Zone (Public Benefit)
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force herein after its passage and publication.

Dear Chairman O'Connor:
Please be advised that I plan to have the attached ordinance introduced at the City Council meeting to be held on January 13, 2011 to amend the existing ordinance at 6202 W. Montrose Ave. designating 15 minute loading zone signs with flashing lights and change it to disabled loading zone signs.
It would be appreciated if you would send a commissioner authority letter to expedite changing these signs pending the introduction and passage of the ordinance.
Your assistance with this matter will be greatly appreciated.
