^SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to Chicago Public School, upon the terms and

Said Fence(s) at S. Stewart Avenue measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred ninety (290) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of two hundred ninety (290) square feet. Existing fence is approximately four (4) feet in height.
Said Fence(s) at W. 64th Street measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred thirty-two (232) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of two hundred thirty-two-\ (232) square feet. Existing fence is approximately four (4) feet in height.
\§aid Fence(s) at W. 64th Street measure(s):
v One (1) at thirty-four (34) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of thirty-four (34) square feet. Existing j-fence is approximately six (6) feet in height.
Said Fence(s) at S. Eggleston Avenue measure(s):
/One (1) at twelve (12) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of twelve (12) square feet. Existing fence is approximately six (6) feet in height.
Said Fence(s) at S. Eggleston Avenue measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred (100) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of one hundred (100) square feet. Existing fence is approximately six (6) feet in height.
, The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
■ Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
f This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required ;■ provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1120105 herein granted the sum of zero ($.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.

An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection- Small Business Center -Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
