Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ST. JAMES LUTHERAN CHURCH AND SCHOOL, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, nine (9) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 2101 N. Fremont St
Said Planter(s) at N. Fremont measure(s):
One (1) at fourteen point four one (14.41) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of fifty-seven point six four (57.64) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Fremont measure(s):
One (1) at ten point zero eight (10.08) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of forty point three two (40.32) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Fremont measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-one point seven five (21.75) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of eighty-seven (87) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Fremont measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-two point three three (22.33) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of eighty-nine point three two (89.32) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Fremont measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-one point two five (21.25) feet in length, and four point four one (4.41) feet in width for a total of ninety-three point seven one (93.71) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Fremont measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-three point five (23.5) feet in length, and five point four one (5.41) feet in width for a total of one hundred twenty-seven point one four (127.14) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Fremont measured-One (1) at twenty-four point six six (24.66) feet in length, and four point four one (4.41) feet in width for a total of one hundred eight point seven five (108.75) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Fremont measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-two (22) feet in length, and four point four one (4.41) feet in width for a total of ninety-seven point zero two (97.02) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. Fremont measure(s):
One (1) at sixteen point one six (16.16) feet in length, and four point four one (4.41) feet in width for a total of seventy-one point two seven (71.27) square feet.
Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).

This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1129098 herein granted the sum of zero ($.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public
way.
NOTE* CARRIAGE WALK AND BORDER PAVERS SET IN PERMEABLE BED AT GRADE FROM EXISTING STREET CURB TO EXISTING CONCRETE SIDEWALK.
