ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 342615 -1 Permit No. 1087029
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for TAYLOR STREET PARTNERS, L.P. on 07/29/2009, and printed upon page 68489 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to TAYLOR STREET PARTNERS, L.P., upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, four (4) Steps on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1074-76 W. Taylor St
Said Step(s) at W. Taylor measure(s):
One (1) at eight (8) feet in length, and one point three three (1.33) foot in width for a total of ten point six four (10.64) square feet.
Said Step(s) at W. Taylor measure(s):
One (1) at five (5) feet in length, and one point three three (1.33) foot in width for a total of six point six five (6.65) square feet.
Said Step(s) at W. Taylor & N. Aberdeen measure(s):
One (1) at eight (8) feet in length, and one point three three (1.33) foot in width for a total often point six four (10.64) square feet.
Said Step(s) at N. Aberdeen measure(s):
One (1) at six (6) feet in length, and one point three three (1.33) foot in width for a total of seven point nine eight (7.98) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints hereto attached, which by reference are hereby incorporated and made a part of this ordinance.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-075 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1087029 herein granted the sum of one thousand six hundred ($1,600.00) per annum in advance."
and inserting in their place the words

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a stcp(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Business Assistance Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
