BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for PARTS AND LABOR on 04/30/2014, and printed upon page 80234 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to PARTS AND LABOR upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance, to maintain and use a portion ofthe public right of way for a sidewalk cafe adjacent to its premises located at 2700 N. Milwaukee Ave Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty-two (22) feet in length and sixteen (16) feet in width for a total of three hundred fifty-two (352) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face ofthe curb/building line along SAWYER AVENUE. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
SUNDAY THRU THURSDAY 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 12:00 PM - 12:00

The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
