Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to JeffJack Investments, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, twenty (20) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 601 W. Jackson Blvd

Said Caisson(s) at Jefferson measure(s):

Two (2) at eighty-three (83) feet in length, and six (6) feet in width for a total of nine hundred ninety-six (996) square feet.

One (1) at eighty-three (83) feet in length, and seven (7) feet in width for a total of five hundred eighty-one (581) square feet.

Two (2) at eighty:three (83) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one thousand three hundred twenty-eight (1328) square feet.

Two (2) at eighty-three (83) feet in length, and nine (9) feet in width for a total of one thousand four hundred ninety-four (1494) square feet.

One (1) at eighty-three (83) feet in length, and ten (10) feet in width for a total of eight hundred thirty (830) square feet.

Said Caisson(s) at W. Jackson Blvd measure(s):

Five (5) at eighty-three (83) feet in length, and seven (7) feet in width for a total of two thousand nine hundred five (2905) square feet.

Said Caisson(s) at Alley (West side) measure(s):

Four (4) at eighty-three (83) feet in length, and six (6) feet in width for a total of one thousand nine hundred ninety-two (1992) square feet.

Three (3) at eighty-three (83) feet in length, and seven (7) feet in width for a total of one thousand seven hundred forty-three (1743) square feet.

The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.

Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).

This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.

The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1139674 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance.

A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
