ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby

amended by changing all the POS-1 Regional or Community Parks District symbols and indications as

shown on Map No. 6-F in the area bounded by

West 27^th Street; South Dearborn Street; to a point along the westerly right-of-way line of South Dearborn Street 194 feet south of West 27^th Street and 401 feet west of South State Street; to a point 230.71 feet south of West 27^th Street and 384.96 feet west of South State Street said line being connected by a concave line having an arc length of 41.23 feet running to the southeast with a radius of 50 feet and a cord length of 40.07 feet; to a point 265.79 feet south of West 27^th Street and 376.88 west of South State Street said line being connected by a convex curved line having an arc length of 36.33 feet running to the southeast with a radius of 80 feet and a cord length of 36.02 feet; to a point 274.81 feet south of West 27^th Street and 376.69 feet west of South State Street said line being connected by a straight line having a length of 9 feet; to a point 309.94 feet south of West 27^th Street and 373.81 west of South State Street said line being connected by a concave curved line having an arc length of 35.31 feet running to the southeast with a radius of 200 feet and a cord length of 35.26 feet; to a point 359.16 feet south of West 27^th Street and 352.17 feet west of South State Street said line being connected by a concave curved line having an arc length of 54.29 feet running to the southeast with a radius of 115 feet and a cord length of 53.79 feet; to a point 408.31 feet south of West 27^th Street and 298.24 west of South State Street said line being connected by a concave curved line having an arc length of 73.44 feet running to the southeast with a radius of 200 feet and a cord length of 72.99 feet; a line 298 feet west of and parallel to South State Street; a line 500 feet south of and parallel to west 27^th Street; and the Rock Island Railroad right-of-way

to those of an RM-5 Multi-Unit District and a corresponding uses district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
