Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ACRE, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use one (1) sign(s) projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 5308 N. Clark St
Said sign structure(s) measures as follows; along N. Clark Street:
One (1) at seventeen (17) feet in length, three (3) feet in height and fourteen (14) feet above grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development) and Zoning Department - Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1094636 herein granted the sum of three hundred ($300.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after Date of Passage.

ORDINANCE LINCOLN STATION Acct. No. 64758 -1 Permit No. 1096226
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LINCOLN STATION upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance, to maintain and use a portion of the public right of way for a sidewalk cafe adjacent to its premises located at 2430-32 N. Lincoln Ave Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be fifty (50) feet in length and four point five (4.5) feet in width for a total of two hundred twenty-five (225) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along N. Lincoln Avenue. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Sunday through Wednesday 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.Thursday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight Compensation: $600.00 SEATING CAPACITY: 18 -
Sidewalk Cafe Permit and approved plan must be posted at all times.
This grant of privilege #1096226 for a sidewalk cafe shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-900 though 10-28-995 of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the directions of the Commissioner of Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, the Commissioner of Streets and Sanitation, and the Commissioner of Transportation.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
Authority for the above named privilege is herein given and granted from and after March 1, 2011 through and including December 1, 2011.
