BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,
Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Joseph Shaw of Manny Auto, Inc. dba Drive Today from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress 2036 North Cicero Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and publication.

I am aware of the application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for Manny Auto, Inc. dba Drive Today located at 2036 North Cicero Avenue, Chicago, IL 60639.1 have no objections to this application and I will introduce an ordinance at the City Council meeting scheduled for July 24, 2019, exempting of Manny Auto, Inc. dba Drive Today from the provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.
