BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 601 W COMAPNIES CHICAGO LLC on 05/25/2018, and printed upon page 78096 of the Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended inserting in their place the words "with one (1) casing enclosing the water main measuring twenty-nine (29) feet in length and twenty (20) inches in width and one (1) casing enclosing the water main measuring ninety-four (94) feet in length and twenty-four (24) feet in width "

 

 

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a water main(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
