Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 108 NORTH STATE STREET (CHICAGO) OWNER, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use thirteen (13) Banner(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 108 N. State St
Said Banner(s) at N. State Street measure(s):
One (1) at nine point four (9.4) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of thirty-seven point six (37.6) square feet.
One (1) at one hundred three point five (103.5) feet in length, and eighteen (18) feet in width for a total of one thousand eight hundred sixty-three (1863) square feet.
Said Banner(s) at N. State Street & W. Randolph Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-eight point four two (28.42) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of one hundred thirteen point six eight (113.68) square feet.
Said Banner(s) at W. Randolph Street measure(s):
Two (2) at nine point seven five (9.75) feet in length, and nine point seven five (9.75) feet in width for a total of one hundred ninety point one three (190.13) square feet.
One (1) at three hundred twenty-five point seven five (325.75) feet in length, and six (6) feet in width for a total of one thousand nine hundred fifty-four point five (1954.5) square feet.

One (1) at eight point seven five (8.75) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of thirty-five (35) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1116059 herein granted the sum of one hundred seventy-five ($175.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.

The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after Date of Passage.
