Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 737 NORTH MICHIGAN AVENUE INVESTORS LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 737 N. Michigan Ave
Said Vault(s) at N. Michigan Avenue 1 Level measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred forty point five (140.5) feet in length, and thirteen (13) feet in width for a total of one thousand eight hundred twenty-six point five (1826.5) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at N. Michigan Avenue 2nd Level measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred forty point five (140.5) feet in length, and thirteen (13) feet in width for a total of one thousand eight hundred twenty-six point five (1826.5) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at E. Superior Street 1st Level measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred forty-one point five (241.5) feet in length, and nineteen point five (19.5) feet in width for a total of four thousand seven hundred nine point two five (4709.25) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at E. superior Street 2nd Level measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred forty-one point five (241.5) feet in length, and nineteen point five (19.5) feet in width for a total of four thousand seven hundred nine point two five (4709.25) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at N-S Public Alley 1st Level measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-six (66) feet in length, and six point five (6.5) feet in width for a total of four hundred twenty-nine (429) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at N-S Public Alley 2nd Level measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-six (66) feet in length, and six point five (6.5) feet in width for a total of four hundred twenty-nine (429) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1117194 herein granted the sum of twenty-nine thousand four hundred forty-three ($29,443.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for vault(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center -Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
