Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to NORTHWESTERN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, . uponthe terms and subject to the conditions ofthis ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, fifteen (15) 'irrigation System(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 221 E. Huron St
Said Irrigation System(s) at E. Huron Street measure(s):
; Five (5) at three hundred seventy-eight (378) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of four hundred seventy-two point five (472.5) square feet.
Said Irrigation System(s) at N. Fairbank Street measure(s):
Three (3) at seventy (70) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of fifty-two point five (52.5) square feet.
Said Irrigation System(s) at E. Erie Street measure(s):
Five (5) at three hundred seventy-four (374) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of four hundred sixty-seven point five (467.5) square feet.
ASaid Irrigation System(s) at N. St Clair Street measure(s):
: Two (2) at one hundred eighteen (118) feet in length, and point two five (.25) feet in width for a total of fifty-nine (59) .square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination) and Department of Water Management.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1119906 herein granted the sum of -|yo thousand seven hundred fifty-nine ($2,759.00) per annum in advance.

A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
the permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
