SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Annual Appropriation Ordinance for fiscal year 2019 is hereby amended by striking the words and figures indicated and "by inserting the words and figures indicated on Exhibit A attached hereto.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon passage and approval.

To the President and Members of the City Council:

Your Committee on the Budget and Government Operations, having had under consideration an Ordinance authorizing an amendment to the 2019 Annual Appropriation Ordinance relating to the Office of Inspector General within the Chicago O'Hare Airport fund; and having been presented with a proposed substitute Ordinance which includes the Neighborhood Opportunity Fund ; and having had the same under advisement, begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass the Substitute Ordinance transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee.
