BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO.
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for EDWARDO'S PIZZA on 03/18/2015, and printed upon page 104424 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty (20) feet in length and eleven (11) feet in width for a total of two hundred twenty (220) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along N. Dearborn. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Sunday 12:00pm until 9:00pm Monday through Thursday 11:00am until 10:00pm Friday & Saturday 11:00am until 12:00am Compensation: $600.00 SEATING CAPACITY: 12"
and inserting in their place the words
"Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be thirty-six (36) feet in length and eleven (11) feet in width for a total of three hundred ninety-six (396) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along N. Dearborn. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Sunday 12:00pm until 9:00pm Monday through Thursday 11:00am until 10:00pm Friday & Saturday 11:00am until 12:00am Compensation: $910.80 SEATING CAPACITY: 35 "
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a sidewalk cafe(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
