WHEREAS, An ordinance amending Section 4-60-022 and Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code by adding subsections 4-60-022 (7,27 thru 7.323) and 4-60-023 (7.27 thru 7.323) was passed by the City Council on October 3, 2012 and appears at pages 35341 thru 35372 of the Journal of Proceedings of that date (the "Ordinance"); and
 
WHEREAS, It was later discovered that the subsections numbered 4-60-022 (7.27), 4-60-023 (7.27), 4-60-022 (7.252 and 7.253) and 4-60-023 (7.252 and 7.253), of the Ordinance contained technical errors and ambiguities, and it is therefore necessary and advisable to correct these issues; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
SECTION 1. That portion of Section 2 of the Ordinance which pertains to Section 4-60-
  1. (7.27), (7.28), (7.252) and (7.253) is hereby amended by deleting the struck-through language and Inserting the underscored language as follows:
