BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for PIZZA CAPRI on 04/15/2015, and printed upon page 107147 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be forty (40) feet in length and nine (9) feet in width for a total of three hundred sixty (360) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along South Harper. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Monday through Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Compensation: $600.00
SEATING CAPACITY: 21 "
and inserting in their place the words
"Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty-eight (28) feet in length and six (6) feet in width, area #2 shall be twenty-six (26) feet in length and six (6) feet in width, area #3 shall be sixteen (16) feet in length and six (6) feet in width, area #4 shall be twenty-six (26) feet in length and six (6) feet in width for a total of five hundred seventy-six (576) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along South Harper, East 53rd street. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Sunday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Compensation: $633.60
SEATING CAPACITY: 40
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
