BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for CERMAK PRODUCE NO.4 on 11/08/2017, and printed upon page 59432 of the Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "One (1) at thirteen (13) feet in length, ten (10) feet in height and twenty-one (21) feet above grade level" and inserting in their place the words "One at ten (10) feet in length thirteen (13) feet in height and seventeen point five eight (17.58) feet above grade level"

 

 

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a sign(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
