BE IT ORDAINED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the

Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Seeds of Joy Enterprise, Chicago, Illinois 60613, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4425 N. Magnolia Avenue.

 

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and
