BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for MONDO MEATBALL on 03/18/2015, and printed upon page 104562 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be nineteen (19) feet in length and five point five eight (5.58) feet in width for a total of one hundred six point zero two (106.02) square feet
Seating Capacity: 16
hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Monday to Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m."
and inserting in their place the words
"said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty point five eight (20.58) feet in length and four point one seven (4.17) feet in width for a total of eight five point eight two (85.82) square feet
Seating Capacity: 15
hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows: Monday Closed
Sunday and Tuesday to Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight"
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a sidewalk cafe(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
