ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 14-G in the area bound by:

the alley next north of and parallel to West 59™ Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South May Street; West 59^Th Street; and South May Street,

to those of a C1-1, Neighborhood Commercial District

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
