RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Thomas Markham to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Markham Jr., Thomas G. beloved husband of Carol, devoted son of Marian and the late Thomas G. Markham Sr., loving father of Theresa (Martin) Harney, Jacqueline (Michael) Morsovillo, Thomas R. (Tammi) and Michael (Kathleen) Markham, dearest grandfather of Nichole, Jacob, Matthew, Jack, Lucas, Anna, Chloe and Samantha. Thomas Markham leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this twenty-eighth day of June, 2017, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Thomas Markham and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of Thomas Markham. s—\
