ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, The purpose of this ordinance is to correct an ordinance numbered by the City Clerk's office as SO2014-7945 and appearing on pages 100862 through 100864 ofthe December 10, 2014 Journal ofthe Proceedings ("the December 10, 2014 Journal"); and

WHEREAS, In Ordinance SO2014-7945 the sponsor intended to alter Section 17-3-0503-D(1) but mistakenly altered 17-3-0503-D(2); and

WHEREAS, It is necessary and appropriate to correct this error; now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. In the fifth line of text from the top of page 100864 ofthe December 10, 2014 Journal, the phrase "17-3-0503-D-2" is deleted and replaced with "17-3-0503-D-1."

SECTION 2.1 n the tenth line of text from the top of page 100864 of the December 10, 2014 Journal, the phrase "2. The following street segments are classified as pedestrian retail streets " is deleted and replaced with "1. The following street segments are classified as pedestrian streets:"

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
