BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago on July 21, 2021 and printed upon page 34152 of the City of Chicago Journal of Proceedings for alley ingress and egress for the property located at 3840 S. Michigan Avenue, is hereby amended by striking "R & D Builders LLC, 3935 W. Wells St." and inserting thereof "3840-42 S. Michigan Opportunity Zone LLC, Chicago, IL 60653"

SECTION 2. This ordnance amendment shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
