ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 376629 - 2 Permit No. 1104714

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for MY FIT FOODS on 07/24/2013, and printed upon page 58235 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1104714 herein granted the sum of one hundred seventy-five ($175.00) per annum in advance"

and inserting in their place the words

"The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1104714 herein granted the sum of eighty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($87.50) per annum in advance"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
