BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1 That the City Zoning Ordinance by amended by changing all Cl-1 Neighborhood Commercial District and B3-1 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9L in area bound by

A LINE 54' NORTH OF AND PARALLEL TO WEST PATTERSON AVENUE; NORTH CICERO AVENUE; A LINE 58.15' SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL TO WEST PATTERSON AVENUE; THE ALLEY NEXT WEST OF AND PARALLEL TO NORTH CICERO AVENUE.

To those of an C2-1 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
