ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is
hereby amended by changing all of the B3-5 Community Shopping District symbols and
indications as shown on Map No. 11-G in the area bounded by
West Wilson Avenue; a line 245.13 feet west of and parallel to the west line of North Clarendon Avenue; a line 79.336 feet south of and parallel to the south line of West Wilson Avenue; a line 256.13 feet west of and parallel to the west line of North Clarendon Avenue; the south line of the vacated public alley south of West Wilson Avenue (vacated by ordinance passed August 14, 1967 as recorded as Document Number 20401481); a line 219 feet west of and parallel to the west line of North Clarendon Avenue; a line 194.079 feet south of and parallel to the south line of West Wilson Avenue; a line 382.519 feet west of and parallel to the west line of North Clarendon Avenue;
to those of an B2-5 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
