BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to a Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, The Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Steinbach Foods LLC at 741 West 47^th Street from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for the premise address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
