RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Harry J. Callahan Jr. to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Harry J. Callahan Jr., Retired C.P.D. 10th District, beloved husband of Eileen (nee Veselka); loving brother of the late Ronald; son of the late Harry, Sr. and late Florence (Bednarkiewicz); dear brother-in-law, uncle, and friend of many. Harry was a member of the Tinley Park Volunteer Fire Dept. Harry J. Callahan Jr. leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion, dedication and love; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this thirty-first day of October 2018, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Harry J. Callahan Jr. and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
