Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to FIFIELD REALTY PARTNERS LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use eighteen (18) * Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 347 W. Chestnut St
