BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for THE VERSAILLES APARTMETNS on 10/08/2008, and printed upon page 40865 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"IRMCO PROPERTIES & MANAGEMENT CORPORATION"

and inserting in their place the words

"THE VERSAILLES APARTMENTS" Section 2:

This ordinance, Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
