RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Parents John and Kristine Daley welcomed their new baby, son John Austin Daley, into the world on Wednesday, August 5th, 2020. Ori that date, John made his first appearance weighing nine pounds, eight ounces and stretching the tape to twenty two inches; arid

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of this blessed event by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and

WHEREAS, The joy of arrival has spread to the family's many dear friends and loving relatives, especially by his grandparents the Honorable John P. and Mary Lou Daley and Thomas and Cindy Menas as well as his aunts arid uncles Christine, Michael, Courtney, and Jon; and

WHEREAS, The announcement of this special birth represents the future of Chicago and the endless possibilities for our great City; now, therefore, ,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago, gathered here this ninth day of September 2020, do hereby extend our heartiest congratulations to John and Kristine Daley. We proudly welcome their son John Austin Daley, into the world where we are confident he will grow, prosper and, following in his family's footsteps, make many significant contributions to the world; and
