TRANSPORTATION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.      Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,

Commissioner of Transportation in hereby authorized and

j   directed to exempt Reach for the Stars II of 4432 W.

' Madison, from the provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4432 W. Madison.
