ORDERED, that the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized

and directed to give consideration to issue a sign permit to Madison Awning,

2526 W. Madison, Chicago, Illinois 60612 for the erection of a sign over 24 feet in height

and/or 100 square feet at G. M. Imports 7239 S. Western Avenue, Chicago, Illinois

60636 with the dimensions height and square foot area.

Dimensions: Length 120 feet; Height 4 feet High above grade/roof to top of sign: 9 feet Total square foot area 480 feet

Such sign (s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of TITTLE 17 of the Chicago

Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code of the City

of the City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs,

signboards and structures.
