SECTION 1. T hat the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the cunent Residential-Business Planned Development Number 896 District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 4-G in the area bounded by:
West Washburne Avenue; the alley next east of South Ashland Avenue; the alley next south of West Washburne Avenue, and South Ashland Avenue,

to those ofthe B3-3 Community Shopping District.



SECTION 2. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the current Residential-Business Planned Development Number 896 District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 4-G in tlie area bounded by:
West 13,h Street; the alley next east of South Ashland Avenue; the alley next south of West 13lh Street, and South Ashland Avenue,

to those ofthe B3-3 Community Shopping District.
