CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 6, 2010

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on June 23, 2004 printed on page #27074 of the Journal of the Proceedings of said date, establishing Residential Permit Parking (Zone # 1133 - Location: 2200 block of W. Highland Avenue - both sides, between North Bell Avenue and North Leavitt Street, 2205-2225 W. Highland Avenue) in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

and inserting in lieu thereof: 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force herein after its passage and publication.
