WHEREAS, Julie Kula has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to her eternal reward at the age of 48; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Julie Kula; Beloved wife of David. Loving mother of Michael (Madison) Sailer, Renee Sailer. Devoted grandmother of Raina, Kacie, Elliot, Lucy who are also chersihed by their mother Stephanie Hayes and Koi Sailer and Sebastian Dever. Cherished daughter of the late Raymond (Patricia "Gaba") Aguilar. Dear sister of the late Raymond Aguilar Jr., Karen (David) Ruano, James Aguilar, Kenneth (Christine) Aguilar and Melissa Aguilar. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews." and
WHEREAS, Julie Kula was a longtime Canaryville resident and proud member of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana. "Acey" will be sorely missed by her many friends and neighbors; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Julie Kula to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this tenth of April 2019, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Julie Kula and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Julie Kula.
