ORDERED, That the Director of the City Department of Revenue issue, free of charge,

the following licenses and/or permits to participants in St. Bartholomew's Church Festival,

4949 West Patterson Avenue, to be held for the period beginning June 8th, 2011 and ending

June 12^th, 2011, on North Lavergne Avenue, from West Addison to the first alley north and the

east/west alley of the 4900 block between West Addison Street and West Patterson Avenue for:

Times: Wed & Thur -6:00 -11:30pm Fri - 6:00 - 11:30pm Sat - 12:00- 11:30pm Sun-2:00- 10:00pm
