BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Pusuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago Chi Leung Chiu, is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises located at 532 W. 42nd Place for the year 2015.

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its Passage and publication.
