BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for ELYSIAN HOTEL on 11/02/2011, and printed upon page 11979 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "ELYSIAN HOTEL" and inserting in their place the words "GIC 11 E. Walton LLC"
