BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for ROSEBUD-RUSH on 03/18/2015, and printed upon page 104663 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "SEATING CAPACITY: 56" and inserting in their place the words "84"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
