PCC Community Wellness Center Parking Lot - Ailey Access Ordinance

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Department of Revenue is herepy authorized and directed to exempt PCC Community Wellness Center, a not-for-profit corporation, located at 14 West Lake Street, Oak Park, for construction on the premises known as 334 - 338 North Lotus Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
