RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called Linda Duslak to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Linda Duslak, Beloved daughter of the late Frank E. and the late Josephine (nee Rog) Duslak. Loving sister of Frank (Dawn), Richard, Thomas, and the late Robert (Barbara) Duslak. Fond aunt of Dena, Mark (Nicole), and Lyndsay Duslak. Great-aunt of Avery David Duslak. Linda Duslak leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this sixteenth day of October, 2013, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Linda Duslak and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family of Linda Duslak.
