ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Orlando Lopez Construction, Inc. and 4336 Drexel LLC, a Series of Redel Rentals, LLC on behalf of Owners, Otis and Sharon Pope from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address at 4332 South Drexel Blvd. They currently own the lot located at 4330 South Drexel Blvd and will be combining the lot at 4330 South Drexel Blvd. with the 4332 South Drexel Blvd. lot for the total parking lot size to be 75 ft. by 250 ft.
