BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the Bl-2 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 17-G in the area bounded by:
A line beginning at a point on the north-south public alley west of West Sheridan Road being 145.78 feet north of the north line of West Pratt Blvd. and travelling northeasterly for a distance of 146.41 feet to a point on the west line of North Sheridan Road being 178.20 feet north of the intersection of West Pratt Blvd; North Sheridan Road; West Pratt Blvd., the north-south public alley west of North Sheridan Road,
to those of B3-2 Community Shopping District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
