SCHOOL TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend School Traffic Restrictions at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
43 West Kemper Place; Amend Ordinance Passed 06/28/1989, journal page 3017, which
reads: West Kemper Place between North Orchard Street and North Geneva Terrace, closed to traffic School Days, 8:00am to 9:30am and 2:00pm to 3:30pm, by Striking: 2:00pm to 3:30pm and Inserting 3:00pm to 4:00pm in lieu thereof - (17-08068890) [02017-8447]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend School Traffic Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
