BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section"10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Hoyne Rowhomes LLC, from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at their property at 3548, 3550, 3552, and 3554 N Hoyne Ave.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
